What is a data fix?
A data fix is a change made to data involving the development team. Data fixes only impact individual instances versus the product as a whole.
Submit a support ticket and from there, a member of our support team will add the request to our product backlog, where a member of the development team will review and complete the data fix as soon as they are able.
A few things to keep in mind regarding data fixes:
- – These are not mission critical (unable to send and complete inspections, the app or backend is crashing, and/or you cannot generate a report)
- – There is not a definitive turnaround time for data fixes
