Drew’s Review: UMC Riser Manifold

Last month, I (Drew), had the pleasure of walking the SoHo Towers project,  30+ story residential tower in lower Manhattan, with STAT Fire Sprinkler in New York City.

Rodrigo Burciaga, STAT’s lead PM, showed off their installation of over 60 Globe – UMC Riser Manifolds.
Globe Sprinkler came out with the valve a few years back and has continuously improved on features of the product including:  the compact all-in-one design, face plate, left/right hand options, and a scored relief valve.  Other options include a pressure regulating valve and a shotgun riser assembly.
